Monroe County Aging Office

Monroe County Aging Office promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life for older adults and caregivers in Rochester and Monroe County. The office offers information and referrals, benefits counseling (Medicare/Medicaid/SNAP), caregiver support and care management, home-delivered meals, transportation coordination, and senior center programming.
