RochesterWorks' mission is to connect jobseekers with employers and provide career development services to strengthen Rochester's workforce. Services include one-on-one job coaching, resume and interview preparation, job fairs and employer matching, skills training and certification programs, and workshops on job search strategies and workplace readiness - available in-person and online.
