Inner Light Parenting

Inner Light Parenting’s mission is to empower caregivers in Rochester, New York to address child behavior concerns with evidence-based strategies and compassionate support. They offer group workshops, individualized parent coaching, behavior plan development, and parent-child interaction techniques to improve relationships and reduce challenging behaviors.
