Families Thrive is a nonprofit organization based in Rochester, NY and we are dedicated to finding safe, loving homes for children in foster care - from infancy to age 21. Through compassionate and therapeutic foster care, adoption, and family support services across New York state, we help youth and families build lasting bonds.
